85,000 Sq Ft Epoxy Floor — Weekend Install, Zero Downtime
Heavy-duty urethane mortar base coat with food-grade polyaspartic topcoat across a 4-zone active distribution floor. Install was phased through two consecutive weekends so the 3PL client kept operations running Monday through Friday throughout.
Outcome: Facility reopened Monday both weeks with zero production disruption. Passed USDA facility audit six weeks post-install. No punch-list items.

Exterior Repaint — 12 Storefronts, 9-Day Turnaround
Full exterior repaint of 12 retail storefronts using Sherwin-Williams Loxon XP elastomeric on stucco facade. Scissor lift mobilized in-house; all work executed before store-open and after store-close to keep tenants trading throughout the 9-calendar-day project.
Outcome: All 12 tenants stayed open throughout. Property manager received zero complaints from tenants or shoppers. Work completed on Day 9 as quoted — no extension, no overrun.

22,000 Sq Ft Hospitality Flooring — 3-Week Floor-by-Floor Install
LVT in all guest-room corridors and polished concrete in the lobby and pre-function area, completed floor-by-floor over three weeks while the hotel maintained bookings. Noise windows negotiated per floor with the GM each morning.
Outcome: All floors completed on schedule with no guest displacement. GM confirmed zero noise complaints logged during the install. Lobby polished concrete passed SLIP spec on first reading.

Antimicrobial urethane mortar system with integral cove base throughout a 3-floor medical office building. Phased by wing after business hours to keep all patient-facing operations active during the 4-week project. ASTM F710 substrate compliance documented on every pour.
Outcome: All clinical operations continued without disruption. Passed facility infection-control inspection with zero citations. Integral cove base accepted by facility manager on first punch-list walk.

Parking / Traffic Coating
Nashville, TN — 4-Level Parking Structure
140,000 Sq Ft Traffic Coating — Full Waterproofing + Line Striping
Sika Sikalastic traffic coating system across all four levels of an active parking deck, with full waterproofing membrane, expansion joint treatment, and complete line striping replacement. Schedule was weather-windowed — each level opened only after the previous reached full cure and passed flood test.
Outcome: All four levels passed flood test first attempt. Deck reopened on schedule with new line striping and ADA-compliant stall markings. Owner's structural engineer accepted waterproofing documentation without revision.

32,000 Sq Ft VCT Replacement — Tenant Occupied, 14 Calendar Days
Full demo and VCT replacement across 32,000 sq ft of occupied Class A office space, night shifts only, in 14 calendar days. Old VCT demo'd and removed each night; new VCT installed and buffed to final finish before 7am employee arrival. No tenant was displaced for a single business day.
Outcome: Zero tenant displacement across all 14 days. Completed on Day 14 as contracted. Building manager noted it as the smoothest flooring replacement the tower had run under occupied conditions.
