Heavy-duty urethane mortar base coat with food-grade polyaspartic topcoat across a 4-zone active distribution floor. Install was phased through two consecutive weekends so the 3PL client kept operations running Monday through Friday throughout.
Outcome: Facility reopened Monday both weeks with zero production disruption. Passed USDA facility audit six weeks post-install. No punch-list items.

Parking / Traffic Coating
Nashville, TN — 4-Level Parking Structure
Sika Sikalastic traffic coating system across all four levels of an active parking deck, with full waterproofing membrane, expansion joint treatment, and complete line striping replacement. Schedule was weather-windowed — each level opened only after the previous reached full cure and passed flood test.
Outcome: All four levels passed flood test first attempt. Deck reopened on schedule with new line striping and ADA-compliant stall markings. Owner's structural engineer accepted waterproofing documentation without revision.
