What's the minimum square footage?
5,000 sqft minimum per facility. Sites under 5,000 sqft are quoted at the Essential base rate of $850/quarter minimum. The per-sqft rate is set after a site assessment.
Can I cancel mid-quarter?
Plans are quarterly commitments. After the first 90 days, cancel with 30 days written notice — no fee, no hassle.
What is excluded from the quarterly price?
Structural subfloor repairs, full resurface or overlay, large repaints over 500 sqft, and work requiring specialized lift equipment above 14 ft are quoted separately. Your quote will spell out exactly what's covered and what's not.
I manage more than 5 buildings. Can you handle that?
Yes — the Full-Service plan covers up to 5 buildings. For larger portfolios, get a custom quote — pricing is based on total square footage and number of sites, not a flat rate. Use the form above or email Christopher directly.
How soon can we get the first visit scheduled?
New plan subscribers get their first visit within 5 business days of signing. Existing clients on active plans get priority scheduling — typically within 48 hours.
