Warehouse Epoxy · Atlanta, GA
Self-perform epoxy crews for 3PL, manufacturing, cold storage, and distribution centers across the Atlanta metro. 100% solids broadcast, shot-blast prep, drive aisle marking. We delivered 42,000 sq ft in 7 days on a 9-day shutdown — and we've done it again since.
Why Warehouses Need a Specialist
Standard flooring contractors spec wrong on warehouse environments — wrong mil thickness, wrong system for the substrate, wrong cure times. We spec around the actual failure modes.
High-volume forklift traffic, pallet jack loads, spill exposure. We design systems that hold up under continuous rolling loads and sudden impact — not just static weight.
Forklift, AGV, and pedestrian co-traffic. Chemical exposure from coolants, hydraulic fluid, and process byproducts. Urethane topcoats where standard epoxy fails.
Thermal cycling, moisture vapor drive, and freeze-thaw on joint edges. Cold-temperature cure systems and vapor barrier primers for unheated facilities and freezer transition zones.
USDA-compliant systems, anti-microbial topcoats, HACCP alignment. Seamless coved base and trench drains. Clean-in-place compatibility. Credentials on request.
Static-control ESD systems, anti-microbial surfaces, and clean room compatibility. Low-outgassing formulations for controlled-environment facilities. Documentation package for compliance audits.
Delamination repair, moisture remediation, and targeted re-coating. We assess whether repair is viable or full replacement is needed — and give you the honest answer either way.
Epoxy Systems
Not all "epoxy" is the same. We match the system to your substrate condition, facility type, and operational schedule. Here's what we actually install.
The workhorse for high-traffic 3PL and manufacturing. 15–20 mil base film, color flake broadcast, urethane topcoat. 3/16–1/4 inch total system thickness. Best-in-class chemical and abrasion resistance. What we used for the South Atlanta 3PL — 42,000 sq ft, delivered in 7 days.
Trowel-down mortar with epoxy binder for areas subject to heavy point loads, forklift jack stands, and thermal cycling. Common in cold storage transition zones and heavy manufacturing bays. Thickness 1/8–1/4 inch. Requires experienced applicators — this isn't a novice product.
Overlays for existing sound concrete where shut-down windows are shorter and full-build systems aren't needed. 8–12 mil systems for light-duty storage, pharmaceutical clean rooms, and clean production areas. Moisture-tolerant primers for green concrete or elevated MVER slabs.
Two-part epoxy traffic paint for aisle delineation, pallet positions, fire lanes, and pedestrian walkways. High-visibility yellow, blue, and safety-stripe patterns. Applied as part of the same mobilization as the main floor — not a separate visit.
Aluminum oxide or grit broadcast in topcoat for loading docks, freezers, and spill-prone areas. OSHA-compliant traction ratings, cleanable without degrading the grip medium. Required for food/beverage and pharmaceutical applications — specified in the submittal, not as an afterthought.
For showrooms, tech campus lobbies, and any facility where the floor is a visible surface. Multi-layer metallic pigment systems with high-gloss finish. More aesthetic than industrial-spec, but still 100% solids and hard-wearing.
Why Warehouse Operators Pick Us
Warehouse flooring isn't a side business for us — it's a primary vertical. We own the equipment, we know the cure schedules, and we don't bring a crew that's going to learn on your floor.
Our Atlanta crew has done the 7-day emergency delivery, the phased cold-storage overlay, and the occupied 3PL weekend blitz. If your shutdown window is non-negotiable, we spec to hit it.
We delivered 42,000 sq ft in 7 days on a 9-day shutdown window. That's not luck — it's a crew that's done it before and knows the cure schedule cold.
We run 7-day weeks when the schedule demands it. You need crews on-site Friday night through Sunday — we show up.
MVER readings above 3? Moisture-vapor barrier primers and cold-temperature cure systems for unheated facilities. We spec the solution before we show up.
Shot-blast profile reports, mil thickness readings, product data sheets, and warranty certificates — delivered at project close. Your punch list package, ready before you need it.
